Laboratory Technician, Quality Assurance
As part of the Product and Process Development team, the Laboratory Technician is responsible for laboratory-based tasks, which include sampling, testing, measuring, recording, analyzing and presenting results. The Laboratory Technician provides technical support to enable the laboratory to function effectively while adhering to correct standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines. The Laboratory Technician is responsible for conducting testing protocols to characterize raw materials and experimental products and for conducting experiments directed by Research Scientists. The Laboratory Technician carries interacts extensively with the pilot line personnel and senior scientists to ensure timely and meaningful data and interpretation of results.

Manager Analytical Services
Reporting to the Director of Product Development, the Manager Analytical Services is responsible for the management, implementation and method development of all testing protocols in support of Product Development, R&D and Quality Assurance and manufacturing. R&D will include projects focused in the area of bio-based polymers and chemistries for various industrial applications. These projects will expand the ECOSYNTHETIX portfolio offerings and strengthen the EcoSphere biolatex binder and EcoMer technology platforms.

Extrusion Specialist
Reporting to the VP Manufacturing, the Extrusion Specialist is responsible for developing new and improved products and processes using the reactive twin screw extrusion process installed in our new Global Center of Innovation. This hands-on position will provide technical support and operating knowledge of the extrusion process and will play a lead role in all extrusion functions including developing, validating and implementing new equipment and techniques to develop the next generation of EcoSphere biolatex products.

Laboratory Specialist, Paper Coating
The Laboratory Specialist is responsible for the design, execution, and reporting of paper and paperboard coating projects. This hands-on position is involved in all aspects of conducting paper and paperboard laboratory testing including developing and implementing the latest test procedures and ensuring equipment calibration and maintenance standards.
