The first generation of EcoSphere® biolatex
products have been proven in trial after trial to
perform as viable replacements for paper coating
binders such as carboxylated
styrene butadiene latex (SB Latex) and styrene acrylic
latex (SA Latex). Our unique EcoSphere® biolatex
binder products provide an excellent, bright white
finish and improved heft and feel when used as up
to a 25 to 50% replacement for the petroleum-based
coatings and binders currently used in the paper
coating industry. Given the escalating cost
of petroleum based products, EcoSphere® biolatex
provides a stable supply of high performance paper
coating binders at reduced cost to the paper manufacturer.
